Key Responsibilities
- Conduct health assessments and screenings for students
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Develop and implement individualized healthcare plans
- Respond to medical emergencies and coordinate with healthcare providers
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student health needs
- Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with regulations
- Provide health education and counseling to students
Qualifications
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in Washington State
- Experience in school nursing or pediatric nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- CPR and First Aid certification
